Before starting Xtreme IT Solutions USA, our founding team spent years inside operations and engineering roles at logistics and healthcare companies — building the exact kind of internal tools we now build for clients.

We noticed the same pattern everywhere: teams weren't short on effort, they were buried under manual steps that software should have handled years ago. So we built a company around fixing exactly that, one workflow at a time.
